Important Information Before Starting the Application Process

Before you begin the application process, please take note of the following essential requirements to ensure a smooth and successful submission:

1. Required Documents:
   It is crucial to have the following forms ready before starting the application process. Please ensure that you submit clear copies—all names and numbers should be easy to read.

   • Photo of learner
   • Certified copy of Court Order or guardianship. (if applicable)
   • Certified copy of learner’s birth certificate / ID document / passport 
   • Certified copy of ID documents of parents/guardians
   • Certified copy of previous school’s/play groups report (most recent).
   • Certified copy of immunizations on Clinic Card.
   • Certified copies of parents’ latest municipal account
   • Certified or on an original letterhead, a letter from both parents’ employers, confirming the nature of employment contract (i.e. Type, Position and Employment Period).
   • Certified copies of business registration certificate and a valid Tax clearance certificate, in the case of self-employed parents and person responsible for fees payment.
   • Reports for 2023
   • Reports for 2024
   • Reports for 2025 – if you complete the application form between 1 March – 30 April you must upload your 2025 report when you receive it at the following link: Report 2025 upload click here.

2. Internet Connectivity:
   Ensure that you have a stable internet connection with sufficient data or Wi-Fi access. This will help you avoid interruptions during the application process, as you will not be able to pause and resume later.
3. Email Address Guidelines:
   Use a personal email address rather than a work email, as workplace servers and firewalls often block emails from the school.
   • Regularly check your Spam/Junk folder to ensure you receive important communication from the school.
   • If you find an email from the school in your Spam/Junk folder, move it to your Inbox. This will help prevent future emails from being automatically marked as spam.
4. It is important to also upload all the following documents for the person responsible for paying the school fees. Kindly scan in together with Parent Documentation.
   •   ID document
   •   Proof of employment
   •   Contact details
   •   Municipality account
